C.'S MIXED VEGETABLES WITH
CHICKEN
 
1 lb. chicken breasts, cut in slices
2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. green pepper, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
Chopped carrot, cabbage, string beans
Pop chow and 1 clove garlic
1 stick celery

Place chicken and warm butter in pan and stir fry. Add soy sauce and other seasonings (onion, green peppers, garlic). Then put all chopped vegetables in and let steam. Noodles can be added, if desired.
