1 packer trim brisket (about 10 lb.) 4 oz. bottle Liquid Smoke 10 oz. bottle Worcestershire sauce 10 oz. bottle A-1 steak sauce Put brisket in 10 x 13 inch cake pan, fat side down, then soak overnight in Liquid Smoke, Worcestershire sauce and A-1 steak sauce. Cover with foil. Next morning turn brisket to fat side up and cook at 300 degrees for 6 hours. Let cool before slicing. Slice against the grain. |
