BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
2 c. diced potatoes, uncooked
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 can milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can prepared biscuits

Cook meat and crumble in microwavable casserole. Drain fat from meat. Add potatoes, beans, onion soup mix, and water. Cover and cool in microwave on high until potatoes are tender. Add milk and mushroom soup to mixture. Stir well. Reheat on medium power until bubbly. Place biscuits on top of casserole and bake in oven at 375 degrees until biscuits are browned, (approximately 20 minutes).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
