GLAZED CHICKEN WINGS | |
3 lbs. chicken wings 1/3 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. chili sauce (opt.) 1/4 c. honey 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. cayenne red pepper Mix all ingredients together. Pour over chicken, cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, for at least 1 hour. Heat oven to 375 degrees, drain chicken, reserving marinade. Place chicken on rack in a foil lined broiler pan. Bake for 30 minutes, brush with marinade. Turn and baste for another 30 minutes. Refrigerate for only 24 hours. |
