TACO SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic with meat
1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chili strips
2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can green chili salsa
1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans
1 can (15 oz.) dark red kidney beans
1 (1.12 oz.) env. taco seasoning

Brown meat with garlic and spices in a large pot. Add remaining ingredients and heat. Serve with shredded Longhorn cheese and crushed corn chips (crackers if preferred).
