DILLED CUCUMBER AND GREEN BEAN
SALAD
 
1 lg. bag green beans
3 seeded cucumbers
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1/4 c. mayonnaise to taste
Bit of sugar to taste
Dijon mustard to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Horseradish to taste
Dill to taste

Cook and drain beans. Slice cucumbers very thin. Dry beans and cucumbers thoroughly between layers of paper towels. Mix all ingredients a few hours before serving.
