RICE CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. sausage 2 pkgs. dry chicken noodle soup mix 2 c. rice 1 c. celery, cut in thin 1" pieces 1 c. onion, sliced thin 2 sm. cans mushrooms 1 sm. pkg. almonds, slivered Soy sauce Brown almonds in butter and drain. Brown sausage and drain. Set aside. Saute onion with celery and drain. Set aside. Cook rice in 4 cups or more water with chicken noodle soup in electric skillet. When rice is tender, add almonds, sausage, onion and celery. Use soy sauce to taste. |
