2 env. Knox gelatin
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1/8 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. Cool Whip

Mix gelatin in cold water. Add sugar and boiling water. Mix with wire whip until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature. Add sour cream, vanilla and Cool Whip. Mix wit wire whip - mold, cihll, use ring mold.

Unmold on plate, fill center with blueberries and surround with strawberries or use any fruit you desire.
