TROPICAL CAKE WITH LEMON FROSTING | |
2 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts LEMON FROSTING: 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. soft butter 2 tbsp. lemon juice Put all ingredients together and pour into greased 13 x 9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Combine powdered sugar and butter and lemon juice. Spread on cooled cake. |
