LEMON CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Yellow food coloring, optional
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

In heavy saucepan combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and ReaLemon brand. Over medium heat, cook and stir rapidly until thickened and bubbly 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and food coloring if desired. Chill thoroughly, about 1 hour. In small mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in lemon mixture until smooth. Use to frost 1 (8 or 9 inch) carrot, apple or spice cake. Refrigerate leftovers.
