CURRIED TURKEY SALAD 
3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. soy sauce
8 c. cooked turkey, chopped
2 cans water chestnuts, drained
4 c. seedless green grapes
2 c. celery, sliced
1 (29 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. mandarin oranges
3 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Combine mayonnaise, curry powder and soy sauce in bowl; mix well. Combine turkey, water chestnuts, grapes, celery, pineapple and grapes in bowl. Mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup almonds. Add remaining almonds and mayonnaise dressing to turkey mixture; toss to mix. Garnish with strawberries. Sprinkle with remaining almonds. 20 servings.
