EARTHQUAKE CAKE 
1 box Betty Crocker German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread nuts and coconut in bottom of the pan. Mix cake mix as directed on box and pour over nuts and coconut.

Mix cream cheese and butter (which has been softened) with powdered sugar. Spread this mixture as evenly as you can over the cake batter. Bake 50-60 minutes or until cake is tested to be done. This cake is delicious!
