1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Grease only bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix nuts and coconut. Put in bottom of pan. Mix cake as directed and pour over nuts and coconut. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over cake. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
