SMOTHERED BURRITOS 
1 pkg. soft tortilla shells
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1 pg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. water
4 slices American cheese
Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can tomato soup
Chili seasoning
Shredded lettuce
Tomato chunks

Brown meat and drain. Add taco seasoning, beans, onions and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Add American cheese and let melt. Put mixture in center of soft shell. Roll and place in 9x13 pan.

Mix tomato soup, chili seasoning and enough water to rinse cans. Heat. Pour over burritos. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Top with lettuce and tomatoes before serving.
