SMOOTH `N CREAMY FROSTING | |
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello brand instant pudding & pie filling, any flavor 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar 1 c. cold milk 1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk in a small, tall bowl. Beat slowly with electric mixer on low until well blended, about 1 minute. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cake at once. Make about 4 cups or enough for two 9 inch layers. Store frosted cake in refrigerator. |
