DILL PICKLES II 
4 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. canning salt
1 garlic button
1 hot pepper
Dill

Bring water, vinegar and canning salt to a boil. Have cucumbers washed and dried. In bottom of quart jar, put in the garlic button, the hot pepper and dill. Fill jar with cucumbers and put a little more dill on top. Pour the hot mixture over the cucumbers; seal.
