FRUIT FILLED MUFFINS 
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. fruit preserves

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom of 12 cup muffin pan.

Mix all ingredients except preserves and glaze. Fill muffin cups 2/3 to 3/4 full. Place 1 level teaspoon preserves in center of batter in each cup. Bake 13-18 minutes or until brown. Cool slightly, remove from pan. Drizzle with glaze. Makes 1 dozen muffins.

LAZE:

Stir 2/3 cup powdered sugar and 3-4 teaspoons water in small bowl until smooth.
