POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. OreIda frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. sour cream

Thaw potatoes and mix all ingredients well. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Do not over. Serves 10-12. Will freeze.
