ESCALLOPED FISH FILLETS | |
1 c. saltine or cheese crackers, crushed 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tsp. minced onion 1 tsp. parsley 1 lb. fish fillets 1/2 c. light cream In a bowl, combine crackers, butter, onion and parsley. Place fillets in a single layer in greased 2 quart baking dish. Pour cream over and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. |
