APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped almonds
3 c. chopped apples (Jonathan)

Measure oil into bowl. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla; beat until creamy. Sift flour, add soda, salt, baking powder. Add slowly to mix, beat well after each addition. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in bundt pan.
