APPLE OR PEACH CRISP 
Fresh apples or fresh peaches
Real lemon (lemon juice), comes in bottle
1/3 c. butter (melted)
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour

Grease 1 1/2 quart pyrex dish with butter. Cut fruit into wedges (peeled) and fill dish almost to the top. Sprinkle with lemon juice. (If using apples, also sprinkle with cinnamon.)

Take 1 cup sugar and 1 cup flour - mix together. Beat slightly 1 egg. Slowly add egg into the mixture and crumb it with a fork. Spread on top of fruit. Pour butter over the top. Bake at 375-400 degrees for about 1 hour. (If top browns before fruit is soft, cover with foil.)
