APPLE CRISP 
3 c. sliced apples (or peaches or pears or mix)
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted

Combine flour, sugar, oatmeal, and cinnamon in large bowl. Pour butter over and crumb with fork (will be dry). Place apples in Pyrex dish, 10 x 2 x 2 inch or Corning dish. Stir in about 1/3 of sugar mix. Place rest of sugar mix on top of apples. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with ice cream, cream, or by itself. Warm or cold.
