IRISH TEA CAKE 
2 lbs. raisins (dark or light)
1 box brown sugar
2 1/2 c. cold tea
4 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Add tea to raisin and sugar mixture. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Use large bowl; add flour to mixture. Add eggs and mix. Add spices. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
