LIME JELLO 
3 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 lg. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped cherries, drained
1 pt. sour cream

Combine juice from pineapple and water to make 3 1/2 cups. Bring to boil. Add Jello. Let set (just begin to be firm). Beat with mixer, add softened ice cream, sour cream and pineapple. Add nuts and cherries last. Pour into Jello mold or use 9 x 13 inch pan.
