PAPRIKASH PIE 
2 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
Pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. frozen peas
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. sour cream
14 1/2 oz. tube refrigerated biscuits

In skillet cook bacon, drain and crumble. Cook celery and onion in bacon drippings. Stir in flour and spices. Add broth and peas. Cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in meat, sour cream and bacon. Heat through but do not boil. Turn into 8" round baking dish or 1 quart casserole. Top with biscuits. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 6.
