RIBBON CAKE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1 c. nuts, finely chopped 1 (8 oz.) container Philadelphia cream cheese 3 1/2 c. milk 1 c. powdered sugar 2 med. cartons (12 oz.) Cool Whip 2 sm. boxes chocolate pudding (INSTANT) In 9 x 13 inch cake pan mix first 3 ingredients until very crumbly - pat down. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool. Whip powdered sugar and cream cheese until well blended. Add Cool Whip. Mix well. Pour over crust. Mix chocolate pudding with milk and pour over cheese layer. Top with second container of Cool Whip. |
