BAKED TURKEY LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
1/4 c. skim milk or chicken stock
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. bell pepper, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients until just blended. Do not over mix. Place mixture in 4 x 9 inch non-stick loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
