FRUIT BARS 
4 slices of dry white bread crumbs
4 oz. dry oatmeal
1/3 c. brown sugar substitute
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. non-fat dry milk
6 tbsp. butter

Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Press 1/2 mixture into bottom of 8 inch non-stick pan.

Four fruits, such as 2 cups blueberries or 1 1/2 cups blueberries and 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice (packed in own juice) or 4 cups strawberries. Spread fruit over crumbs in pan. Cover fruit with other 1/2 of crumbs. Press down lightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
