KIELBASA & CABBAGE 
1 lb. kielbasa (can use turkey kielbasa)
1 head cabbage, cut up
1 green pepper, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 c. chicken broth or 1/2 c. water
Seasonings

Put kielbasa on bottom of cooking pot. Add cabbage, then rest of vegetables. Cook slowly until vegetables are done after adding broth. Cook with lid on. Serves at least 4 to 6. Low fat and low calorie recipe if turkey kielbasa is used.
