LASAGNA 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove or 1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 pkg. French's Italian style spaghetti sauce mix
2 sm. cans tomato paste
3 cans water
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. can Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef in large skillet or pan. Add onion, garlic and bell pepper as ground beef begins to brwon. Cook until done and drain. Add next 7 ingredients. Mix well and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. Cook noodles until tender while sauce simmers. Layer noodles in 9 x 13 pan. Add layer of sauce, top with layer of Parmesan cheese. Add another layer of each. cook in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with Mozzarella cheese and cook another 5 minutes.
