MUSTARD CHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless chicken breast
2 eggs
1 tbsp. mustard
1/3 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1 jar tomato sauce
2 tbsp. oil

Mix eggs, milk and mustard in bowl. In another bowl put bread crumbs. Dip chicken in egg mixture then in bread crumbs. Fry in frying pan with oil until brown. Remove from frying pan. Place in baking pan. Add tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
