TEXAS STYLE BEEF BRISKET 
Marinate beef brisket (not corn beef) in barbeque sauce, with a little Worcestershire sauce and vinegar mixed in, overnight in refrigerator.

The next morning brown on both sides and wrap in foil. Bake in slow (250 degree) oven at least 5 hours. Slice thin and serve with warm barbeque sauce.
