GRANDMA'S CARROT CAKE | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon Pinch salt 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 1/4 c. oil 2 c. grated carrots 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 2 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs (or Egg Beaters) 1. Mix all dry ingredients together. 2. Add nuts. 3. Stir in oil, carrots, pineapple and vanilla. Mix until well blended. 4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. 5. Pour into greased tube pan or springform pan. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
