RHUBARB CRUNCH 
4 c. rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. flour

Grease baking pan. Add rhubarb. Mix flour and sugar and sprinkle over top. Put in 350 degree oven while mixing crunch.

1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour

Mix to crumble and drop over top. Bake in 350 degree oven or less. Serve warm or cold.
