COCONUT CHESS PIE 
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can Angel Flake coconut
2 (9") pie shells

Heat oven to 350 degrees. To melted butter, combine sugar, eggs, buttermilk, flour, vanilla and coconut. Pour into 2 pie shells. Bake 45 minutes. Yield: 2 pies.
