GARLIC SAUCED CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 chicken breasts
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, diced
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. crushed hot red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Brown chicken 5 minutes per side, then remove chicken from skillet. Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook until brown. Gradually stir in water until sauce thickens. Return chicken to skillet; simmer, covered, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Add red pepper flakes and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes longer.
