QUESADILLAS 
12 (6-inch) corn or (8-inch) flour tortillas
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)

Rub both sides of each tortilla lightly with oil; place on waxed paper or a paper plate. Microwave each tortilla on 100 %, (high) for 45 seconds. Sprinkle cheese on hot tortilla; fold tortilla in half. Microwave on 100 %, (high) for 35 seconds or until cheese melts. Repeat procedure for each tortilla and serve immediately.

Power level: high; Cooking time: 1 1/2 minutes each; Servings 6.
