SPINACH RICE PIE 
1 lb. rice
5 eggs
1/2 c. Romano cheese
2 boxes frozen spinach, drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cube butter
3/4 of qt. milk
1/4 of qt. water
Dry bread crumbs

Cook rice in milk and water. Add butter when rice is cooked. Add spinach, cream cheese, and Romano cheese; mix well. Add eggs. Stir. Butter a 10 inch Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Pour rice mix into pan. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees for 13 x 9 inch cake.
