2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Then turn heat down and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and mix with electric mixer until thick. Pour into a buttered dish and cool.
