CRAB QUICHE 
40 crackers, unsalted
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix ingredients together put in pie pan, pat and make a crust. 2 tbsp. flour 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1/3 c. onions, minced 1 (6 oz.) can Harris crab meat 3 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Mix the ingredients as listed. Add crab and cheese last. Mix well, pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Scrumptious!
