SPECIAL TOMATO SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento stuffed olives
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
Pinch salt
8 tomato slices, leave out of refrigerator
Lettuce leaves, mayonnaise & olives for garnish

Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix well. Add chopped olives, walnuts and salt. Spread cream cheese mixture on 4 tomato slices, top with remaining tomato slices. Garnish each with a dollop of mayonnaise and olive and serve on a lettuce leaf. Serves 4.
