3 c. broccoli florets
6 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
1 c. chopped red onion
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

FOR DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar

Toss broccoli, bacon, onion and cheese. In small bowl mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar and pour over salad. Cover and refrigerate. Keeps several days.
