WHITE FRUIT CAKE 
10 lg. eggs
1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 lbs. glace cherries (red and green)
8 c. pecans
1 oz. rum extract
1 oz. lemon extract
1 oz. vanilla extract

Cream butter and sugar. Gradually add eggs which have been beaten until light and blend evenly. Chop nuts and fruits and mix with 1 1/2 cups flour. Sift remaining flour and baking powder together and fold into the butter and egg mixture. Add flavorings. Mix well, then fold in nuts and fruits. Bake in 250 degree oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Line pan with brown paper.
