ECLAIR PUDDING CAKE 
2 sm. boxes French vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Whole graham crackers

ICING:

2 (1 oz.) pkg. CoCo bake
2 tbsp. Karo syrup
Vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
Milk
1 1/2 c. 10X sugar

With electric mixer beat pudding, milk and Cool Whip. In 9 x 12 inch pan "plastic best". Layer staring with whole crackers. Then pudding mixture make 4-5 layers ending with crackers on top.
