8 oz. can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted and divided 2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten 3/4 c. milk Alternate with 1/2 pint sour cream. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 20 minutes. |
