SAUSAGE STRATA 
1 large roll crescent rolls
1 lb. roll Bob Evans sausage
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper

Press crescent rolls into an ungreased 9"x13" pan. Fry sausage, drain and spread over rolls. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Whip eggs and milk and pour over cheese. Add salt and pepper. Options: mushrooms and onions.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
