TRAIL BOLOGNA 
2 lbs. deer hamburger
2 tbsp. Tenderquick
1 1/2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. black peppercorns
Dash black pepper

Mix well and shape into roll. Wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate for six hours. Remove paper and bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
