RICE CALIENTE 
2 lbs. lean ground meat
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce (I use med. Pace picante)
3 c. cooked rice (sometimes use less)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese

Grease casserole dish. Saute beef, onions and seasonings until meat loses color and onions are tender. Drain off fat. Add picante sauce, rice, sour cream and cheese. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
