BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. crushed graham crackers
3 sticks butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
5 bananas, split lengthwise
10 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 boxes frozen strawberries, thawed and drained or 2 - 3 c. fresh, cleaned and sliced
1 container Cool Whip or topping
Maraschino cherries
Crushed nuts

Soften 1 stick butter and mix with graham crackers. Pat mixture into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat remaining 2 sticks butter, 2 eggs and 2 cups confectioners sugar in a bowl until creamy. Layer over crackers. Refrigerate 1 hour to set. Cover with bananas, then pineapple, then strawberries and - or blueberries. Top with whipped topping. Sprinkle cherries and nuts. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to set. Serves 12.
