CHILI CON CARNE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 oz. mild green chili peppers
25 to 28 oz. can Hormel beanless chili

Slice cheese and chili peppers into small pieces. Mix everything together in a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 60 minutes stirring every 20 minutes at 275 degrees. Serve warm or cool with tortilla chips. May top chili with sour cream and tomatoes.
